Met Ali after being introduced by my brother.  Good listener. Presented in a professional and friendly manner. All questions answered with patience. Estimate was acceptable and reasonable. Process was explained clearly. Timing was as promised. The crew was friendly and professional. Hard workers. Contacted Ali about a few small blemishes which are apparently common. Sent the crew back to correct. Again, timing was as promised. The correction was better than I expected. I compare eight different coats before deciding to work with an epoxy company. Ali Anjum (our senior estimator) made the entire process from quotation to installation and absolute breeze. With a detail oriented installation team, they left no stone unturned and my wife and I could not be happier. the crew did a great job as old floor was quite damaged so a lot of prep work...done very thoroughly and finish looks fantastic!....has made a showroom out of a 50-year old garage!....our consultant  Ali was very professional, extremely helpful and easy to work with!
